Geosophy uses digital terrain models and digital building models to determine which office buildings would benefit from geothermal energy and then assists property owners in its implementation. Geosophy was looking to raise 250 to 300k€ to finance its development. After a great success with four main business angels networks, Geosophy raised 500k€, with favorable conditions of relution. EMPOR assisted Geosophy in the whole process of raising funds, from the targeting of the strategy, to the negotiation of the shareholders agreement, including the business plan and the preparation of the pitch.
